What Types of Personal Data Are Collected?

Payment

We collect some of your financing information on behalf of our payment partners. Once you have completed the application form, we send the data to the payment partner and delete it immediately from our systems, except for information we need to keep in order to provide services to you. This Disclosure is effective as of January 1st, 2021. CCP’s Privacy Policy describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances in which we share personal information, and also with whom we do and may share any kind of information.

For what purposes we collect and use this data is identified as “For What Purposes Do We Collect Data” on CCP’s Privacy Policy page. The personal information that CCP collects falls into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

Upon receiving such a request, CCP will make sure that the information is no longer public. CCP has not and does not have any intentions to sell any personal information of its consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and our own Privacy Policy page.

CCP will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act or for exercising any other rights under United States jurisdiction. You can exercise any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act in violation of Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125.
